I believe that true healing comes from within and that we all carry the wisdom to restore ourselves when we are given the right tools, space, and support. My practice is rooted in a blend of traditional Reiki, planetary tuning forks, crystal singing bowls, and energetic coaching designed to help you reconnect with your inner clarity and vitality.
Through my certifications in Reiki, sound healing, and vibrational wellness, I’ve cultivated an approach that is deeply intuitive, trauma-aware, and centered on helping you find alignment in a noisy and overstimulated world. Each session is uniquely tailored, honoring your energetic signature and personal healing goals.
Clients often come to me when they are navigating burnout, grief, anxiety, energetic sensitivity, chronic pain, or spiritual awakening. They leave feeling clearer, calmer, and more connected to their inner voice.
I offer private healing sessions, immersive sound baths, custom experiences for retreats and festivals, and energy healing activations for corporate wellness events, yoga studios, and wellness spaces. No two sessions are the same because no two people are the same. You are the healer; I am simply the facilitator.

The United States of America currently has no licensing policy in regard to Sound or Energy Healing, and Stephanie is not a licensed Medical Doctor or therapist. She does not prescribe, diagnose, or treat medical conditions.
The purpose of each session is to provide a safe space to support the body’s natural healing processes through non-invasive, complementary modalities such as sound, energy work, crystals, herbs, and essential oils.
Stephanie makes no claims regarding cures or scientific validation. All information shared is based on personal experience and traditional uses. Clients agree to make their own choices about any educational information shared and are solely responsible for their actions and decisions. Healing sessions are not a substitute for medical care.
